By placing an order with Umbr Clothing, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. All standard orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Exceptions apply for "Made to Order" and "Preorder" items, which may have longer processing times, communicated at the time of purchase. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee shipping times. Estimated delivery times are provided once your order has been shipped but are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Umbr Clothing is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. All risk of loss and title for items purchased from Umbr Clothing pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made directly with the carrier.
