Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if items show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are final sale.

Items returned outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will share a return authorization and instructions.

Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please use a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- For U.S. and Australian customers: U.S. and Australian return labels are currently on hold. If you wish to return an item, you must do so at your own cost using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange.
